Hiroshima Peace Flame at the Glastonbury Music Festival Aine

In 2004 & 2005 Aine Carey co-founded a Peace Dome which was erected at the Glastonbury Music Festival. It housed the Hiroshima Peace Flame, a flame lit from the fiery ambers of the 1945 atomic bomb blast in Hiroshima. The flame has been kept continually lit since that time, at a shrine dedicated to the memory of the victims of that day.
